The Da Ros Tray Inserter IC2 is a conveyor belt system equipped with a 90° pusher, designed to efficiently split tray flow into two separate lines. One line feeds straight trays, while the other feeds crossed trays, ensuring flexible orientation and smooth integration into transplanting or downstream nursery automation systems.
By automatically directing trays as required, the IC2 improves workflow and reduces manual handling. It is ideal for high-volume operations where accurate tray positioning and continuous production flow are essential.
