The Da Ros Trayfiller RC5 is a precision tray filling machine designed to cleanly and efficiently fill pots in shuttle trays. Featuring a perforated special belt system, the RC5 ensures uniform media distribution while minimising waste and spillage.

Mechanical speed adjustment of the paddles, transport belt and vibrator allows operators to fine-tune peat density to suit different media types and tray formats. The integrated electronic control automatically loads peat into the filling head, supporting smooth, continuous operation.

The RC5 can feed directly into seeding or transplanting lines, eliminating the need for tray storage and improving overall productivity.
