Mystery Creek Fieldays, that’s a wrap, and wow, the rural (and urban) community were incredibly receptive to our latest product offerings. We enjoyed a steady stream of visitors throughout the event.
PrimeHort’s focus at Mystery Creek, along with our traditional line-up of nursery supplies, was to highlight our smart new range of Polycarbonate Kitset Greenhouses suitable for home gardeners, lifestyle block owners, farmers, small nurseries – basically anyone with a green thumb!
We ran a competition, “make an offer on the greenhouse” and more than 95 people made an educated offer. The highest bidder became the proud owner of a fantastic new polycarbonate greenhouse.
Overall there was a ‘cautiously optimistic’ vibe at Fieldays. According to the latest SOPI Report for Horticulture/Viticulture, export revenue is forecast to be up 1% by end of June 24, which is bucking the trend against the rest of the primary industries. Let’s hope that translates to an industry feeling more comfortable about the road ahead.
