A superabsorbent potassium-based crystal designed to increase the water holding capacity of any soil by acting as a water reservoir. They can absorb up to 700x their own weight to form a gel.
Water crystals increase the availability of water to plants and help prevent plant stress. These are a safeguard against dry conditions and help increase plant survival rates in dry or sandy areas.
When planting it is recommended to add 10g of crystals to every litre of plant size. For example a 1L plant is best recommended to have 10 grams of water crystals.
