The Da Ros Seeder LR603 is a precision electronic sowing system designed to deliver highly accurate seed placement and improved germination consistency. The process begins with a dibbler punching a trough for optimal seed positioning. Seed is then held by vacuum on the roller and released from a minimal drop height directly into the trough, ensuring precise placement.
Following sowing, trays are electronically covered with vermiculite and irrigated before being stacked and transferred onto a roller track for collection.
The LR603 column is equipped with three independent seeding units, allowing flexibility and increased efficiency. All tray data is stored within the machine and can be easily recalled by the operator, enabling fast change overs between tray types and seed varieties. When connected to the Da Ros RC7 Tray Filler, the LR603 takes control of the filling process, significantly improving overall sowing performance. Seeding kits are easily interchangeable, making conversion between seed types quick and straightforward.
