Instore Staff Training
Instore staff training is designed to help grow your sales, and we’re always looking at ways to improve our delivery at these valuable sessions. So we’ve been working on smart new booklets capturing sales quizzes across the top-performing products: Coco Fibre Potting Mix, Veggie Vine Towers, Smart Grow Fertiliser and the Weeper Soaker Hose.
Staff who participate in training gain knowledge and tips to effectively sell The Gardener products, while also helping shoppers achieve their gardening goals. Win-win!
