The Da Ros Transplanter Belt with Dibbling Station NR4FR-2 is a highly efficient solution for streamlining the transplanting of seedlings into larger cell trays. Widely respected by commercial growers, this system improves productivity, reduces labour costs and supports uniform planting for healthier plant development.
This system is ideal where fully Automatic Transplanters are not suitable. For example, when transplanting seedlings from open community trays or when dealing with inconsistent germination. It provides the most cost-effective solution for automating the transplanting process into a smaller range of pots and trays (40mm–100mm diameter), without the need to invest in a fully automated transplanter machine.
The integrated dibbling station creates precise holes in the growing media before transplanting. This ensures consistent planting depth, spacing and alignment, promoting strong root establishment and improved crop uniformity. Automation significantly increases transplanting speed while reducing manual handling, helping nurseries scale production efficiently.
Designed for gentle seedling handling, the NR4FR-2 minimises transplant shock and contributes to higher survival rates. Tray speed is electronically controlled, and the number of workstations can be configured depending on belt length. Dibbling heads can be quickly swapped to accommodate different tray formats, including our popular 28T forestry trays.
