DaRos Transplanter Belt with Dibbling Station NR4FR-2
# 16-DARTRANR4FR-4
The DaRos Nursery Transplanter Belt with Dibbling Station is a valuable machine for plant nurseries, widely respected for automating the transplanting of seedlings into larger cell nursery trays, maximising productivity and labour savings, while supporting uniform planting and improved plant health.
Dibbling is the process of creating holes in the soil for planting seeds or seedlings. The DaRos Dibbling Station ensures consistent and precise planting depths, spacing, and arrangement of seedlings into the holes. This uniformity supports healthy growth and development of plants.
Automation significantly speeds up the transplanting process, allowing for the handling of large volumes of seedlings and reducing the need for manual labour (leading to significant cost-savings).
Designed to handle seedlings gently and reduce the risk of transplant shock, this precise and controlled machine will contribute to higher survival rates for transplanted seedlings.
The speed of the trays can be controlled electronically and the number of work stations depends on the length of the belt (with various lengths available to suit your set-up).
Dibbling heads can be swapped out quickly to allow for potting up in a range of trays, including Grower’s favourite 28T forestry trays.
