The Da Ros LS7-2 Seeder is a broadcast sowing machine designed specifically for open tray production, making it ideal for microgreens growers. Suitable for crops such as pea, radish, broccoli, beetroot and mesclun, the LS7-2 delivers fast, even seed distribution for uniform germination and crop consistency.

Seed is held in a hopper and evenly applied across the tray via a rotating drum. Both seed quantity and sowing speed can be easily adjusted using the touchscreen control panel, allowing growers to fine-tune output according to crop type and tray format.

Supplied as a sowing unit with a 1m roller conveyor at the exit, the LS7-2 can also be expanded to include a tray filling hopper, covering unit and watering system if required. The tray filling and covering mechanisms operate in the same efficient manner as the sowing unit, creating a flexible, scalable solution.

With production capacity of 400+ trays per hour, the LS7-2 is an excellent choice for commercial microgreen and open tray growers.
